Ultra-Poz^® Finishes

Ultra-Poz® is a polymer and pozzolan modified pool interior finish. Ultra-Poz® has the highest levels of blended polymers and pozzolans available in the market today mixed with a unique natural aggregate and a white cement that produce an extremely durable adamantine surface.

Why is Ultra-Poz® better than traditional plaster?

Traditional plaster mixes are typically only white cement and marble sand. These mixes are very susceptible to water chemistry fluctuations and mechanical wear.

Ultra-Poz® has unique modifiers and mineral additives which densify the surface, thus increasing the resistance to chemical deterioration. The polymer modifiers increase the adhesion to the shotcrete substrate for an enhanced chemical bond not found in traditional plaster designs.

The Ultra-Poz® surface is easily polished in about 1/2 the time of conventional finishes. Polishing truly exposes the brilliant luster of the Ultra-Poz® Sapphires and Emeralds in Snow.
